2. Maintenance of piston rod

The top of the piston rod should be kept clean, once the grapple is closed, if it is dirty, it will make the grapple seal fail and cause leakage. If the wear of the piston rod exceeds the specification, it should be replaced in time without delay.

3. Management of spare parts

For some wearing parts, there must be sufficient spare parts so that they can be replaced in time, such as high-pressure oil pipes.

Fault 1: The grab is full of goods, but cannot be opened

Analysis: First check whether it is a circuit problem, if not, loosen the oil pipe joint on the oil cylinder, use the electric hoist to forcibly pull the grab bucket, and then lay it flat on a flat surface. Remove the cable joint, motor cover and oil pipe on the grab bucket, and then check the motor and oil pump to see if the suction check valve is normal and whether the joint part is loose or broken. If necessary, the oil pump or control valve group can be overhauled.

Fault 2: The cable of the grab is loose or disconnected

Analysis: The main problem is the hydraulic oil. At this time, the hydraulic oil should be checked and replaced if necessary. After the replacement, the corresponding inspection should be carried out to check whether the grab can work normally.
